When you contact us through the application, we may collect:

• Locally on your device using secure local storage (Hive).
• Securely on Google Firebase cloud services for authentication and cloud data storage.

4. Third-Party Services

Poultry Intel Manager uses Google Firebase services, including:

When you delete your account through the application:

• Other farm management data associated with your account
• Data stored locally on your device

The following information may be retained:

• Feedback submissions
• Bug reports
• Associated submission date and time
• Status of submitted reports
• User account identifier (UID)

These records are retained solely for product improvement, customer support, troubleshooting, and maintaining application quality.

You may request deletion of retained feedback submissions or bug reports by contacting us using the email address provided below.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

Your information is shared only with trusted service providers, such as Google Firebase, when necessary to provide authentication, secure cloud storage, and other essential application services.

You can permanently delete your account directly from within the application.

Poultry Intel Manager is intended for users aged 13 years and above.
